We are a fast-growing study overseas consultation firm based in India, dedicated to helping students achieve their educational dreams abroad. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive traffic through strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

• PPC Management (Google Ads, Bing Ads): Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI. Develop strategies for lead generation using Google Ads, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.
• SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including keyword analysis, technical audits, backlinking, and content optimization.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) and execute campaigns to build brand awareness. Plan and execute paid campaigns on social media platforms.
• Content Marketing: Work with content creators to develop SEO-optimized blogs, videos, and other forms of media that align with marketing goals.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, SEO, and SMM.
• Google Ads Certification: Certified in Google Ads (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Technical SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Social Media Marketing Skills: Proven experience in managing successful paid and organic campaigns on social media.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze performance data and adjust campaigns for better ROI.
• Tools Expertise: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media management platforms.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the education or consultancy industry.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and email marketing tools (Mail Chimp, Hub Spot, etc.).
