About the Role
The candidate required to gather the data from various platforms and need to make meaningful architecture in single sheet. Once the architecture is ready, the candidate is required to create insights from it by applying various logical formulas, running a script or by using a query. Such formats are to be created and the insights derived from the same should be fed to business manager who in turn convert such insights in to decision. The candidate’s role is to unearth the insight from the data gathered and feed business manager the same insight in predefined/agreed format on daily basis. The candidate may require to draw process flow chart and may required to own external communication.
Designation – Sr. MIS Executive - Logistics
Location – Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Job Responsibilities:
· Data Mining – Gather data from different platforms (Data extraction from software)
· Data Cleaning – Apply logical formulas to clean the data (Can use Script/Query as well)
· Data Visualization – Use different visualization technique to summarize the data
· Insight – After visualization, understand the data and share the insight with business manager
· Own the process flow and external communication
· Preparation of daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
· Responsible for monthly reconciliation
· Other report preparation as and when business required
What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)
Skills:
· The candidate should have excellent skillset in Microsoft Excel formulas and logics
· The candidate must have working understanding of Excel Macros
· The candidate should have enough knowledge of MS Power Point and Word
· Understanding of any BI tool would be an added advantage
· The candidate must show the ownership of the task and must be punctual
· The candidate must keep track of the tasks assigned and should close all tasks in defined timelines
Experience:
· Desired experience – At least 2-3 years. This can be relaxed in case candidate is possessing exceptional skills.
Educational Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
