Testing and Validation:

• Perform and oversee electrical, mechanical, and thermal testing of MCBs.
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures for new product lines and prototypes.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that MCBs pass quality control tests related to voltage, current, and short-circuit conditions.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of test results and prepare testing reports.

Testing Equipment Management:

• Set up, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of all equipment used in testing.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product design, production, and quality teams to resolve any issues identified during testing.
• Provide feedback to design engineers for improvements in product design based on test results.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure that all testing procedures and reports adhere to internal and external audit requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements.

Team Supervision Supervise junior testing engineers or technicians.

• Train and guide the team in understanding and conducting various MCB tests.
