The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within our e Commerce business. This role requires a deep understanding of the e Commerce industry and a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring high-caliber candidates. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on the e Commerce industry preferred.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of e Commerce roles and the skills required for various positions within the industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Linked In Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
