Tax Analyst

- Preparation of tax computation for financial and tax purpose.
- Preparation and supporting in the tax audits report.
- Preparation and filing of corporate tax returns and its compliances.
- TDS reconciliation for filing of tax returns between books and 26AS and regular TDS/WHT review for improvement purpose and ensuring proper documents as per law.
- Filing of TP certification and supporting the advisor for preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
- Handling corporate and TP audits/assessments
- Handling tax litigations – filing of tax response and providing tax & financial information to tax advisors and tax authorities, filing of tax appeals before tax CIT, ITAT and other authorities.
- Handled all TDS/WHT compliances and advisory part on the domestic and foreign payments.
- Other miscellaneous compliances like SFT filing.
- Keeping of tax tracker of tax cases and filing of tax refund & appeal affects.
- Support in GST and related work as per requirement.
- Occasional travel (10%-15%) with India for tax support.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and WHT compliances, audits and tax litigation.
- Should be Law Graduate (LL.B) or Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
- Confidence in Microsoft Office use (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Communication skills, flexibility, and can-do approach.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership
- Reports to the Tax Head (India & SA)
