Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen to manage and drive the success of our projects and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the service and sales teams to prepare quotations, handling office tasks, creating presentations, discussing with manufacturers, preparing a monthly price list, managing inquiries from India MART, closing sales, and searching and shortlisting relevant tenders, all while ensuring successful project delivery and fostering strong client relationships.
1. Work closely with the service and sales teams to gather requirements and prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
2. Collaborate with these teams to address client inquiries, provide technical information, and ensure alignment between technical specifications and commercial proposals.
3. Support office tasks related to project management, documentation, and communication.
4. Oversee technical project planning, execution, and delivery.
5. Create and design presentations in Power Point and Word to support the sales team’s efforts.
6. Develop clear, engaging, and informative presentations tailored to client needs and project solutions.
7. Ensure that all presentations accurately represent technical and commercial information.
8. Engage in discussions with manufacturers to understand product offerings, pricing, and availability.
9. Prepare and update the price list on a monthly basis, reflecting changes in manufacturing costs, market conditions, and other relevant factors.
10. Ensure that the price list is accurate and communicates effectively with the sales and service teams.
11. Monitor and pull out inquiries from the India MART portal related to company products and services.
12. Assess and qualify inquiries, provide detailed information, and prepare quotations as required.
13. Follow up with potential clients to address their needs, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
14. Ensure adherence to technical specifications, standards, and project requirements.
15. Do discussion with manufacturer =s and prepare the price list on every month,
16. Do prepare the handover documents and PQ criteria and submit timely,
17. Conduct online searches for relevant tenders and procurement opportunities.
18. Review and shortlist tenders that align with the company's capabilities and business objectives.
19. Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals in accordance with tender requirements and deadlines.
