Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-Caller to join our team. As a Tele-Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, providing information about our products/services, and handling inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Provide accurate information about our products/services.
• Answer questions and address client concerns.
• Record call details and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed call targets and goals.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tele-calling or a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
