Position: Telecaller
Location: REMOTE (All India)
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to connect with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide product or service information, generate sales leads, resolve queries, and offer support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information on products or services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate details and answer customer questions.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including calls made and responses received, in the company’s CRM system.
- Generate sales leads and work towards achieving individual and team targets.
- Follow up with potential customers for feedback and re-engage them for sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer responses and market trends.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines, ensuring professional conduct at all times.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement feedback.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
