Key Responsibilities
➢ Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including PNR Creation, Issuance, Re-issuance
➢ Manage group ticketing, coordinating with multiple parties to ensure an efficient process
➢ Facilitate the issuance of EMDs for additional service
➢ Engage in air contracting activities, negotiating and securing favorable contracts with airlines
➢ Generate daily report on ticketing activities, including issuance, reissuance, group booking, and EMDs
➢ Knowledge of geography, travel industry norms, and regulations for international travel.
➢ Being the one-point contact for all ticketing related queries.
➢ Collaborate with the operations team and prepare schedules, quotes, etc.
➢ Maintain Excel sheet for the client requirement
➢ Hand over Arrival Departures for every group to respective operations person
➢ Submit the P&L to accounts after every group
➢ Any other duties as required by the management for the successful delivery of business goals
Requirements
- A commanding desire to learn and succeed in travel corporate sales.
- 4+ years MICE ticketing or travel-related experience.
- Expertise in using GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Galileo is mandatory.
- Experience in handling large incentive groups and managing complex travel itineraries
- Proven experience in event ticketing, preferably in the MICE industry
- Strong Negotiation skills and ability to secure terms with travel partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
