- Managing Affairs of Site Office.
- Vehicles Trip Management.
- Vehicles Maintenance.
- Safety Protocol - Responsible for Safety norms as per checklist, Maintain Documentation.
- Training of Drivers.
- Prepare Accounts of Drivers & Helpers.
- Imprest handling & Expenses Reporting.
- Preparation of Reporting MIS as required.
- PR with Plant Officials.
- Maintaining effective Communication with the Plant officials, Head Office, Required Department, Driver Staff etc. through Mail, Whatsapp, calls & Direct Interaction.
- Vehicle Trip Tracking through VTS.
- Able to Drive 2 Wheeler/ 4 Wheeler (Valid Driving Licence).
Experience:
- Vehicle maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
