Our team at Ethan Crossing - Indianapolis, provides professional, compassionate care for adults and seniors in need of behavioral health services in a contemporary and healing environment. Located west of Cleveland, our behavioral health hospital specializes in treating alcohol and substance abuse related rehabilitation and detox. Utilizing a blend of group therapy and clinical treatment, our center provides a safe, therapeutic space. Our team our highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of build the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into the community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• RN, LPN, or LSW preferred
• Utilization Review and or insurance experience preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As Utilization Review Coordinator, you will :

• Coordinate and monitor appropriate utilization and documentation of services throughout the course of treatment for patients admitted to the inpatient programs.
• Coordinate authorization with third-party payors.
• Review cases for appropriateness of admission, continued stay, and discharge planning.
• Maintain communication system based on documentation and verbal exchange regarding treatment.
• Communicate with internal and external entities to facilitate acquisition of resources.
• Schedule Peer to Peer appointments for physician and CNP.
