Job Summary:
The Student Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing activities, services, and communication between students and various departments. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students, helping to address their concerns, coordinate events, and enhance their academic and social experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Support:
Address and resolve student inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and support to students regarding school policies, campus resources, and other relevant services.
Communication:
Keep students informed about upcoming events, academic deadlines, and relevant updates through newsletters, social media, and email.
Gather feedback from students and communicate it to relevant departments for improvement.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate student records and ensure they are up-to-date.
Collect, compile, and analyze data related to student participation, feedback, and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field .
Familiarity with student management systems and campus resources is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a student services or coordination role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Salary Range- 20k - 30k
