Student Educational Counsellor - Sri Eshwar Overseas Study Centre
Objective: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Student Educational Counsellor to recruit students for our overseas study programs, particularly focusing on markets in the USA, Australia, UK, Ireland, and other key international regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in these markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively highlight the benefits of studying aboard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with students from the USA, Australia, UK, Ireland, and other markets, understanding their educational goals and concerns.
2. 2. Showcase the advantages of studying in India and abroad.
3. Collaborate with our admissions team to facilitate the application process for interested students.
4. Meet recruitment targets and consistently deliver high-quality results.
5. Stay updated on the education systems, market trends, and competitor activities in the USA, UK, Ireland, and other relevant markets.
6. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in student counseling or recruitment, with a focus on international markets (USA, UK, Ireland, etc.).
3. In-depth knowledge of the education systems in the USA, Australia, UK, Ireland, and India.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university.
