Veeva CRM Project Manager | About You
As a Veeva CRM Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of CRM data, modernization initiatives, and applying security controls. You will leverage your excellent project management skills, Veeva CRM expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment. You will ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Veeva CRM Project Manager | Day-to-Day
- Lead Veeva CRM projects, including the modernization and integration of Activity ODS, ensuring optimized data flow and system performance.
- Manage and implement security controls within Veeva CRM environments, focusing on QA and compliance standards.
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of Veeva Events projects, fostering collaboration across IT, business, and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the global Veeva Events implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively address project risks, issues, and dependencies to keep Veeva CRM projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Oversee Veeva license management processes as needed, ensuring efficient coordination and compliance with licensing requirements.
- 7+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva systems (Veeva CRM, Vault, or Quality) and knowledge of Gx P compliance and FDA regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred, with experience in using project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with Veeva system configuration and integration, and experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
