Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing a team, optimizing warehouse layout, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Oversee the organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize space and streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections.
Manage inventory levels, including stock counts and order fulfillment, to meet customer demands.
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience-2 to4 years
Graduation, Post Graduation
