Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing a team, optimizing warehouse layout, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize space and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock counts and order fulfillment, to meet customer demands.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience-2 to4 years
- Graduation, Post Graduation
