Job Title: Word Press Specialist with Design and UI Expertise
Experience: 1-2 years
Location: Bangalore - Near Bommanahalli, Hosur Road, Bangalore (In-office position)
Shift timings: 2pm-11pm for Male candidates and 11pm-8pm for female candidates
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Word Press Specialist with a strong background in design and user interface (UI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Word Press, Elementor, and other popular SEO plugins like Rank Math. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Word Press-based websites that align with our clients' branding and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Word Press Development: Build, customize, and maintain Word Press websites using themes, plugins, and custom coding as needed.
• Design and UI/UX: Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web designs. Ensure consistency in design, typography, and layout across various devices and browsers.
• Elementor Expertise: Utilize Elementor and other page builders to design, develop, and optimize custom page layouts that enhance user experience.
• SEO Optimization: Implement and manage SEO best practices using plugins like Rank Math to optimize site speed, performance, and search engine rankings.
• Plugin and Theme Management: Install, configure, and update plugins and themes to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues related to website performance, functionality, and security. Perform regular updates and backups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure that website projects meet business objectives and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website analytics and prepare regular reports to track site performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Word Press developments, design trends, SEO strategies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Word Press Specialist, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Word Press, Elementor, and other page builders.
• Hands-on experience with SEO plugins such as Rank Math, Yoast, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and PHP.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Woo Commerce and other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of website security best practices and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with API integrations and custom Word Press development.
• Experience with website performance optimization tools and techniques.
