Requirements :

• Strong creative and design skills
• Create detailed, high-quality 3D models (furniture, interiors) in varying levels of complexity.
• Develop realistic textures for materials such as wood, metal, leather, fabric, etc.
• Proficiency in 3d software such as 3ds max, blender, and Sketchup
• Develop detailed design specifications including dimensions materials and finishes
• Strong understanding of the principles of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Experience with creating models for different platforms.
• Ability to optimize models for performance without sacrificing quality.
• Experience with creating textures and materials for 3D models
• Ability to create and maintain organized files and documentation
• Understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create detailed and accurate 3D models for various applications.
• Collaborate with other artists, and designers, to meet project requirements.
• Ensure models meet technical and artistic standards.
• Optimize models for performance without sacrificing quality.
• Create textures and materials for 3D models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.
• Assist in the development of project timelines and milestones.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for 3D modeling issues.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Create and maintain a library of reusable 3D assets.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills.
• Contribute to the overall creative vision of the team.
• Ensure all models are compatible with different platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in 3D modeling, animation, or a related field ( Furniture Industries prefer)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in 3D modeling
• Strong experience with texturing and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion.)
• Know how using multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite, or 3D modeling programs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
• A portfolio showcasing your experience and skills in multimedia design.
