Key Responsibilities

• Creating conceptualize, design stunning environments render asset for game assets, game popups, store objects, announcement banner, reward medals, UI elements and other objects
• Ability to create artwork that follow PPC art requirements that would match our products
• Concepting and designing assets in collaboration with the Product team to ensure the art style is appropriate and consistent
• Maintaining a high level of quality, ensuring that your work stands up against other big-name mobile games
• Working with different international teams and outsource teams
• Work closely with the Art Director & Lead and be collaborative with the team execute the task
• Communicating and collaborating with the other teams such as Product Teams, Game Artists, Tech Artists and QAs
• Ability to mentor less experienced artists
• Able to fix revision, maintain quality control of the assets, fast to rise problem and providing feedback for Live Ops Art team
• Being open to learning new tools and technologies

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2+ years of experience working as an Artist on a Mobile/Web application or as a Marketing Artist. Experience working in the game industry is an asset
• A portfolio of previous experience, showcasing artwork and projects
• Ability to conceptualize new ideas for themes, rewards, and other collectables
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and texture creation
• Understanding of the mobile games market, its design styles and trends
• Excellent art fundamentals, such as good understanding perspective, composition, stylization and coloristic skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Good organizational skills and passion for details
• Experience in working with 3D / Unity - an asset
• Management experience - handle mass production assets
