About the role
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will participate in answering business problems through data analytics initiatives. Your role involves developing data marts and analytical dashboards to empower stakeholders for self-service analysis, also performing analysis to support business in decision making. To achieve this goal, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the squads to understand their business needs and challenges; and contribute actively to achieve squads key results.
What You Will Do

• Work with various stakeholders to understand the business context and the current business challenges.
• Develop data marts and analytical dashboards to give visibility to key leaders (decision makers) about business performance.
• Disseminate information regarding metrics definition, dashboards/reports, or insights.
• Performs analysis using a statistical approach to answer deeper questions and generate actionable insights that may not have been answered in the existing dashboards to support business in decision making.
• Documents and communicate technical specifications to product and engineering functions to ensure that the data is properly tracked.
• Looks for opportunities to improve current processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices as a data analyst.

What You Will Need

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, or computer science is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in SQL and data visualization (preferably Tableau).
  
• Experience developing analytics notebooks using Python.
  


• Possess strong in solving problems using quantitative and statistical approaches.
• Possess structured critical thinking and attention to detail.
  


• Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise and actionable manner.
