What You Will Do

In this role, you'll oversee two key areas:

Demand Growth

• Expand the presence, revenue, and bookings of Pinhome across all categories in Bandung and Semarang.
• Drive growth through a mix of online campaigns, offline activations, and strategic partnerships.

Supply Operations

• Balance supply and demand in the region
• Enhance the supply lifecycle and improve quality standards.
• Monitor income streams (organic and inorganic) to elevate the well-being of Pinhome partners.
• Foster strong engagement and a seamless experience for Pinhome partners, both online and offline.
• Build trust and safety measures to protect stakeholders in the ecosystem.
