The position
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

- Lead and develop a sales team to meet regional sales targets, ensuring high productivity and alignment with company objectives.
- Execute Novo Nordisk's sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and key accounts to set goals, align strategies, and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales data to monitor market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage relationships with distributors to ensure consistent product availability and optimize customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and support a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing business data and forecasting sales trends.
