Job Description: As a Social Media Intern at Bali Brand Lab, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Content Creation and Curation:

• Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns.

2. Community Engagement:

• Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Help build and maintain positive online relationships with our followers and customers.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing social media data to track the performance of posts and campaigns.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improvements based on data analysis.

4. Research and Trends:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Research industry and competitor trends to inform our social media strategy.

5. Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support for the social media team, which may include scheduling posts, organizing files, and managing content calendars.

Qualifications:
To excel in this internship, you should have:

• Enthusiasm for and a basic understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, an eye for design, and an ability to think outside the box.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• An understanding of social media analytics and reporting (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
