Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional who excels in administrative tasks and thrives in a collaborative environment? Bali Brand Lab is seeking a Company Admin/Assistant to join our energetic team.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
• Support the team in various projects and tasks as needed.
• Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets.
• Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices, processing payments, and tracking expenses.
• Assist with tasks and projects to company director.

Requirements:

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum: Diploma Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin, or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English, both written and oral
