Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional who excels in administrative tasks and thrives in a collaborative environment? Bali Brand Lab is seeking a Company Admin/Assistant to join our energetic team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Support the team in various projects and tasks as needed.
- Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices, processing payments, and tracking expenses.
- Assist with tasks and projects to company director.
- Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum: Diploma Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English, both written and oral
