As a global organisation that growing rapidly, Lingua Learn is currently looking for a part-time Academic Coordinator to work remotely to join our team in Asia.
The successful candidate will be required to work 20 hours per week and the timings will be 2 days a week which could be weekends.
This position requires the candidate to be working in UAE time format (GMT+4) and requires them to coordinate with students across the globe therefore, working hours can be from noon till late at night if you are located in Indonesia.
The requirements and skills expected of the successful candidate are as follows:
Job Type: Part-time

- Candidate must be based in Indonesia (preferably Bali)
- Strong/Fluent Command of English
- Excellent Organisations skills
- Coordination experience
- Client liaising experience
- Computer administration tasks
- Online supplier portal experience
- Online meeting platform experience (preferably Zoom)
- Customer service skills
- IT skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to provide fast responses since the recruitment process
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 per week
