Get to Know The Role:
As our Academic Product Design, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating innovative class types that attract both members and non-members, thereby boosting revenue and enhancing brand awareness. This role also includes designing new courses and redesigning existing ones to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with market demands.
The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Increase member engagement and satisfaction by redesigning and modernizing existing courses, such as IELTS Masterclass and Pro Skills.
• Enhance brand awareness and market reach by developing new specialized programs tailored to the needs of non-native English speakers for both academic and lifestyle purposes, ensuring completion within the designated timeframe for each project.

The Must Haves:

• Master Degree from reputable overseas university
• Proven minimum 3-5 years overseas or international experience in similar or relevant role
• Proficient in curriculum development, instructional design models, and adult learning theories.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results within a specified timeframe.
• Ability to analyze feedback and data to inform course improvements.
• Proficiency in designing and developing educational programs tailored to specific target audiences.
• Ability to align program objectives with organizational goals and market demands.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely completion.
• Detail-oriented; ability to prioritize workload for team to optimize efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills, supportive and service-minded
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across all levels in an organization
• Creative thinker and a team player
• A “Can do” attitude
• Fluency in English and Bahasa both verbal and written is mandatory
• Google Slides/Power Point literate
