Your Primary Areas Of Responsibility.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and payments.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing.
- Handles accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP, staff claims, GL, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliation, etc)
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties including auditors, treasury, vendors and banks.
- Support intercompany activities.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Your Background And What We Find Important
- Minimum undergraduate in accounting / taxation. CPA would be an advantage, but not necessary.
- +3 years’ experience in accounting, with good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in statutory and management reporting.
- Prior experience in accounting/audit/tax firm may be a plus point.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage, or at least understand how ERP works.
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office suites of application.
- Good in English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- A team player and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
