Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, budgets, and reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Conduct regular financial audits and analyses to identify discrepancies
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and forecasts
• Maintain accurate financial records and implement effective internal controls
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Support employee development programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting with HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in HR management, with a solid understanding of employment laws and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace
