- Review Monthly Tax Reconciliation: Check the monthly VAT and Income Tax reconciliations between physical document lists and SAP entries prepared by the Supervisor.
- Verify Tax Reconciliation Journal Entries: Review VAT and Income Tax reconciliation journal entries in SAP created by the Supervisor to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Post Trade Service Journals: Calculate and post trade service journals in SAP, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Check Tax Equalization Reports: Review Sales, Purchase, and Income Tax Article 21 equalization reports prepared by the Supervisor for consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare and Review Tax Data: Prepare and review tax-related data for internal and external parties.
- Update and Train on Tax Regulations: Stay updated on new tax regulations and provide necessary training to relevant divisions to ensure compliance and understanding of tax obligations.
- Develop Quarterly Tax Planning: Create and implement tax planning strategies every three months to optimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance.
- Review Annual Tax Returns: Check annual tax returns for accuracy and ensure all relevant information is correctly reported.
- Represent the Company in Tax Audits: Act as the company’s representative in tax audits, managing communication and negotiations with tax authorities.
- Oversee Tax Audit Documentation: Review documents required for tax audits to ensure they are complete and compliant with tax regulations.
- Review Correspondence with Tax Authorities: Check response letters to communications from the tax office to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of the information provided.
- Support Assistant Managers and Managers: Assist assistant managers and managers with their duties and responsibilities related to tax matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Check EPSM Reports: Review EPSM (Evaluasi Pencapaian Sasaran Mutu/Evaluation of Quality Target Achievement) reports for accuracy and compliance with tax reporting requirements.
- Provide Input on SOPs and Policies: Offer input on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to enhance the accuracy and compliance of the company's tax reporting.
- Implement QHSE Programs: Support and implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs as set by the company, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and taxation.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial report preparation.
- Experience with financial report audits.
- In-depth knowledge of taxation and related regulations.
- Understanding of quality management principles.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Leadership and Decision-Making Skills: Proven leadership abilities, along with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
