1. Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related majors.
2. Preference is given to those who hold an Indonesian CPA (CPA) or international certification (such as ACCA).
3. At least 2-3 years of accounting or finance-related work experience, preferably in a similar position in an Indonesian local company or a multinational company.
Familiar with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
4. Proficient in Indonesian and English, and able to communicate effectively in both languages. If the company has a Chinese background, knowing Chinese will be a plus.
5. Proficient in accounting software (such as SAP, Quick Books, Xero, etc.) and office software (such as Excel, Word).
6. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
7. Pay attention to details, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. High professional ethics and integrity. Strong self-motivation, with strong time management and organizational skills.
