Our client is a rapidly growing tech company based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with operations both domestically and internationally. They are looking for a dynamic finance professional to lead their finance and accounting function, ensuring sound financial management and compliance as the company continues to expand.

- Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including cash management, financial accounting, tax management, payment processes, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Manage the budgeting process and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasts.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the Director and other senior leaders.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, ensuring the integrity of financial processes and reporting.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial partners.
- Provide insights and analysis to drive operational efficiency and support decision-making within the organization.
- Strong background in financial auditing, with several years of experience at a major accounting firm).
- Experience working in a tech startup environment is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles, cash management, tax management, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Familiarity with managing both local Indonesian operations and international/overseas operations.
- Proven track record in implementing financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and manage cross-functional financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is preferred).
