Responsibilities:
【Job Title】：Associate, Key Account Management - FMCG【Job Description】：1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.3、Proactively identify new business opportunities, prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, and negotiate contracts to close deals.4、Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.5、Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and improve market positioning.6、Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
【Job Requirements】：1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management or business development, preferably in the FMCG sector and have experience handle groceries, pet supply and household3、Solid understanding of the FMCG market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales channels.4、Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and negotiate effectively.5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.6、Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software, and comfortable with data analysis to drive business decisions.7、Self-motivated with a strong drive for results, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
