Job Description

Team and Role Introduction:

Responsibilities:
1、Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and aligning Alibaba International's solutions to meet those needs.
3、Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, proposing innovative strategies and solutions to drive sales.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, and operations) to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
5、Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, providing insights to inform strategic account plans and improve market positioning.
6、Negotiate and close complex deals, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
7、Regularly report on account performance, providing forecasts and identifying potential risks and mitigation plans.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or similar roles, preferably in the B2B e-commerce or technology industry.
3、Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships.
4、Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
5、Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
6、Fluent in English and at least one other major language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7、Adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, VUCA environment, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
