We are looking for an experienced Avaya Voice Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Avaya communication solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to support voice infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Avaya communication systems, including Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Avaya Contact Center, and associated applications.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot voice infrastructure issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Integrate Avaya solutions with existing IT systems and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement telephony solutions that align with business requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and team members.
• Stay updated on new Avaya products, features, and industry best practices.
