- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages, as well as mixology techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the bar's operating hours.
- Certification or training in responsible alcohol service preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
