- Conduct all consultations and treatments.
- Logging treatment data accurately for every customer.
- Providing a friendly and comfortable environment for patients to be treated in.
- Maintaining a clean and sterile work environment.
- Maintaining and cleaning the machines.
- Develop relationships with clients.
- Greet clients as they come in for their procedure.
- Inform clients on how to recover from each procedure and how to care for their skin.
- Following client’s treatment journey and making adjustments.
- Answering client’s questions or concerns about treatments.
- Liaising with Management to maintain consumable stock levels.
- Share information and techniques with other technicians.
- Hand over a clean and prepared room to other technicians for the following day.
- Complete daily duties and paperwork.
