Billing Liaison Section Head

- Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for billing inquiries from internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline billing procedures and address any discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends and improve accuracy.
- Implement and maintain billing standards and best practices.
- Lead a team of billing staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new hires within the billing department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to billing and financial reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in billing or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of billing systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
