Job Description:

• Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for billing inquiries from internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline billing procedures and address any discrepancies.
• Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends and improve accuracy.
• Implement and maintain billing standards and best practices.
• Lead a team of billing staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new hires within the billing department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to billing and financial reporting.

Requirements
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in billing or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
