Currently, we are looking for a Bookkeeper interested to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
What You Will Do:

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
• Bring the books to the trial balance stage
• Perform partial checks of the posting process
• Complete tax forms
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
• Follow industry best practices

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of working experience in a similar role
• A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people from all backgrounds, at all levels including senior management
• A very high attention to detail
• An ability to understand and live the businesses values, as a key representative of the brand when communicating externally
• Willing to work according to Australian Time
