A Fashion Industry Company in Canggu is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Accountant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:

Process and record all financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bank statements
Assist with the preparation of expense reports and reimbursements for employee
Perform weekly and monthly budget control to monitor and manage expenses
Prepare monthly financial statements
Close the books monthly and annually to ensure accurate financial reporting
Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records according to Indonesian and US accounting standards and regulations
Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance during audits
Stay informed of changes in Indonesian and US tax laws and regulations
Manage monthly payroll tax reporting for Indonesia and the US
Manage sales tax reporting for Indonesia and the US including collection, recording and submission of sales tax to relevant authorities
Prepare monthly and annual tax returns for all entities (Indonesia, Singapore, US)

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Accountant or in a related position
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of US and/or Singaporean accounting practices would be a plus
