A Fashion Industry Company in Canggu is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Accountant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Process and record all financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bank statements
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports and reimbursements for employee
- Perform weekly and monthly budget control to monitor and manage expenses
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Close the books monthly and annually to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records according to Indonesian and US accounting standards and regulations
- Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance during audits
- Stay informed of changes in Indonesian and US tax laws and regulations
- Manage monthly payroll tax reporting for Indonesia and the US
- Manage sales tax reporting for Indonesia and the US including collection, recording and submission of sales tax to relevant authorities
- Prepare monthly and annual tax returns for all entities (Indonesia, Singapore, US)
Requirements:

- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Accountant or in a related position
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of US and/or Singaporean accounting practices would be a plus
