- Planning and implementing brand activation strategies every month through offline and online campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Coordinate experiential marketing events and activations to connectwith target audiences.
- Evaluate the potential effectiveness of each selected event beforehand,with in-depth analysis of relevance and its impact on brand image.
- Compile comprehensive event preparations, including arranging staff coverage, preparing products for display/sale, booth layout, payment procedures at the event, restocking processes, etc.
- Collaborate with event planners to develop detailed online event execution plans and support the creation and curation of high-quality content (presentations, videos, demos) for online delivery.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with relevant organizations/community, influencers, and event organizers.
- Continuously monitor the progress of events and take full responsibility for the smooth running and success of each event.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to refine offline and online activation strategies and tactics
- Compile detailed reports and evaluations of each event, with the aim of gaining valuable insigh for improvements and future development activities.
- Compiling in-depth monthly reports on the activities and outcomes of offline and online activations conducted.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Business Administr io related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand activation, event management, brand activation or related fields.
- Experience in creating and executing brand activation campaigns, including events and experiential marketing.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adaptin quickly to changing circumstances.
- Willing to work outside of office hours (if needed)
