Job Description

• Create and follow up Purchase Requisition submission
• Conducting Enterprise Resource Planning service interface (Be Qik) job update
• Conducting Bill of Material List for service (SAP) update
• Updating repair on progress
• Managing service document
• Identifying and processing claim warranty from customers and follow up internally and externally

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major.
• Good knowledge in automotive industry.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
