Job Requirements

• Minimum education of D3/S1 or equivalent in marketing or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or social media, with experience in the gaming industry being a plus
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, metrics, and analytics
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative teams
• Good understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
• Proficient in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, and Discord

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
• Maintain regular communication with communities, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), top spenders, and partners for collaboration
• Plan and execute event ideas to strengthen the community and engage top spenders
• Manage influencers/KOLs related to the performance of the company's products
• Conduct research on potential partners who can help improve product performance
