Job Description:
Lead the sales team to achieve company revenue and growth targets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and identify new market opportunities.
* Lead and manage the sales team to meet sales targets and maintain high performance.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related fields.
* Min 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
