• Conduct internal and external analysis to shape company strategy
• Conduct strategy alignment to ensure alignment of business unit and corporate strategies
• Planning and overseeing business opportunities for the company long-term growth (e.g. existing business enhancement, strategic initiatives, new business development, domestic and international expansion, etc)
• Participating and assuring the strategic initiatives is well executed
• Evaluating and reviewing the business and project performance with support from Finance, Operations, and other related function
• Preparing feasibility and sensitivity studies for management, on the company's strategic initiatives (e.g. facility expansion, joint operations, and joint venture)
• Perform corporate/business valuation using several methods (e.g. Multiple & DCF Valuation) to support corporate action analysis

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) from Engineering/Management/Economic-related major
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working or Fresh Graduates
• Maximum age for selection: 28 years old
• English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate must still be valid, meaning it remains valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC 530, TOEFL ITP 425, or IELTS 5

• Knowledge of aviation industry is an advantage
