Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or campaign strategy within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
Beauty Industry Knowledge: Understanding of beauty trends, products, and consumer behaviors specific to the beauty market (e.g., skincare, makeup, haircare)
Social Media Platforms: Expertise in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and other emerging beauty-focused platforms.
Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in tools like Canva and Capcut for creating visually appealing social content.
Campaign Development: Ability to design creative, impactful, and results-driven marketing campaigns for beauty products, including influencer partnerships, content creation, and promotions.
Trendspotting: Strong ability to identify and act on trends within the beauty industry (e.g., skincare routines, makeup tutorials, clean beauty) and incorporate them into campaigns.
Content Ideation: Ability to generate unique, on-brand content ideas that resonate with the beauty audience across different platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in crafting compelling messages and captions tailored to a beauty-savvy audience.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and innovatively, bringing fresh ideas to the table while staying true to the brand’s identity.
Adaptability: Ability to stay flexible and adapt to the fast-paced nature of both the beauty industry and digital platforms.
Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as ads digital marketing, online sales, and graphic design.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
Demographics Knowledge: Understanding of various beauty consumer demographics, including Gen Z, Millennials, and older audiences, and their preferences in beauty products and digital content
Passion for Beauty: A genuine interest and passion for the beauty industry, keeping up with new products, trends, and industry news.
Job Responsibilities
Conceptualize and develop innovative campaign strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience needs.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
Platform Strategy: Selecting appropriate social media platforms based on target audiences (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok).
Content Strategy: Developing a social media content plan that aligns with brand goals and key messaging.
Content Administration : Planning and posting the content based on monthly editorial
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to inform campaign strategies and optimize targeting and messaging.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Experiment with new platforms, techniques, and creative approaches to engage the target audience.
Quickly respond to any issues or crises that may arise during a campaign, reporting to Campaign Strategist Manager to search for the best solution
Ensure that campaigns maintain brand integrity and reputation, even in challenging situations.
