Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are welcomed promptly and warmly.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and address complaints efficiently.
• Ensure menus, specials, and promotions are offered to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
• Assist in coordinating staff activities and ensuring efficient service.
• Assist in handling staff issues and disciplinary actions promptly and fairly.
• Assist in conducting training and assessments for front of house staff.
• Assist in training new staff members.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Monitor table settings and cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 year in similar roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations and inventory management.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Good spoken English, basic written English
