Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and recommend areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
• Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients.
