- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the sales team’s daily operations, set performance targets, and monitor progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify and engage with potential new clients to expand the customer base.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and recommend areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients.
- Provide feedback from customers and market insights to help shape product offerings and company strategies.
Experience:
- Sales Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
