- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
- Minimun 2 years experience in their field or similar background and supervise up to 20 person crew kitchen team
- Minimum high school graduate, preferably S1/ Diploma in the field of Culinary Art
- Familiar with Indonesian or Western Cuisines/Brunch Menu, preferably who understand both
- Mentally and physically healthy. Medical checkup is required if pass the interview
- Strong leadership, honest and dicipline
