Located in CANGGU, Bali, SANTANERA is a restaurant filled with story of crossed cultures and cuisines: a conversation of Latin American flavors, European influences and fine local ingredients. And currently we're looking for dynamic and talented professionals to join us to fill the position of: CHEF DE PARTIE
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 year(s) experience in similar role in a restaurant or hotel
• Proven skill and knowledge in similar role
• Able to communicate in English effectively
• Trustworthy, strong leadership and good work ethics
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Domicile in Bali
• Able to join immediately (Beginning of October 2023)
