• Source, plan, and organize events for the rooftop and the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful execution.

Staff Training :

• Train and mentor restaurant staff in areas such as customer service, menu knowledge, and standard operating procedures.
• Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism among the staff.

Floor and Customer Service :

• Monitor the dining floor to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Wine Knowledge and Upselling :

• Possess extensive knowledge of the restaurant's wine selection and assist customers with wine choices.
• Encourage and train staff on upselling techniques during shifts.

Partnerships :

• Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and suppliers to enhance the restaurant's offerings and profitability.

New Service Development :

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and organize new services, such as catering and restaurant takeovers.
• Ensure the successful implementation of these new services.

Booking Department Management :

• Oversee the booking and reservations department, ensuring efficient table management and reservations.
• Handle any issues related to bookings effectively.

Operational Manager Management :

• Supervise and support operational managers in their day-to-day duties.
• Ensure efficient operation of the restaurant and adherence to company standards.

HR Management :

• Handle human resources-related tasks, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Promote a positive work environment and resolve any staff-related issues.

Engineering Management :

• Supervise maintenance and engineering personnel to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment.
• Address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
